No orders from June 1 - September 1, 2016

Posted on May 21, 2016 by Nathan | 0 comments

Friends and Family,

We are currently in the process of moving to New Hampshire!  Because we'll be packing up all our raw materials and equipment, we won't be able to fill any orders beginning on June 1st and going, at least, through September 2016.  We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we'll work hard to be up and running again in time for the Holidays!  We look forward to serving all of you again very soon.

Great article on Combating Bacterial Resistance with Essential Oils

Posted on May 18, 2015 by Nathan | 0 comments

The following article summarizes several studies conducted to evaluate essential oil (Oregano, Cinnamon Bark, and Tea Tree) efficacy on bacteria and the ability of bacteria to form a resistance to them over time (like they do with pharmaceutical antibacterials).

The author of the article summarizes as follows, "The reason for research in reversal of antibiotic resistance, broadly, is to preserve a healthy microbial ecosystem surrounding humans. The emergence of antibiotic resistance clearly demonstrates the dynamic evolution of microorganisms’ response to the hostile environment of antibiotics."

Read this article for yourself to find out the results of these studies:

Also, our soap will no longer have the crinkle cuts, but the good news is that each bar is a uniform weight of 4.5 ounces (except for our Mangy Mutt bars which will still weigh 5.5 ounces).

We'll get our pictures up-to-date as soon as we can!
